Given the present situation in Saint Lucia with regard to unemployment, job creation, and social cohesion, what are your views and opinion.

1. In Saint Lucia, job creation should be seen as the drivers of growth and development and not the other way around.

2. Should greater investments be made in education and training as a prerequisite for employability, or can skills be built through jobs?

4. In times of major crises like the global economic recession, should jobs, not just workers, be protected?
